I don\'t think what I tell you about is not the most difficult situation that I have been through but clearly it is one of that kind of situations.

5years ago, I went to Australia.

I couldn\'t speak English very well at the time so I used an agent.

It offered various services such as looking for a home-stay family, enrolling in college, opening a cell phone, opening an account instead of me and an airport pick-up.

Before I left Korea, I checked whether someone would be at Sydney airport and the agent said \"Yes.\"

I was too disconcerted not to know what to do.

Everyone was talking in English which I couldn\'t understand and I know no one there.

One of the officer from the agent said they were in a traffic trouble on the way to pick me up so it was delayed but they would arrive at airport soon.

He told me the location at where I had to wait for them and finally I could meet them.
