I don't think what I tell you about is not the most difficult situation that I have been through but clearly it is one of that kind of situations. 5years ago, I went to Australia. I couldn't speak English very well at the time so I used an agent. It offered various services such as looking for a home-stay family, enrolling in college, opening a cell phone, opening an account instead of me and an airport pick-up. Before I left Korea, I checked whether someone would be at Sydney airport and the agent said "Yes." However, when I got to the airport, there wasn't anyone who was waiting for me. I was too disconcerted not to know what to do. Everyone was talking in English which I couldn't understand and I know no one there. About an hour later, I started to bring me to myself and think in a calm and orderly way. I looked for some guides for the airport and pointed at their office telephone. They let me use it and I called my agent. One of the officer from the agent said they were in a traffic trouble on the way to pick me up so it was delayed but they would arrive at airport soon. He told me the location at where I had to wait for them and finally I could meet them.

Hi there [이름]!

That was a difficult situation.

Being nervous in that situation is just normal and I admire you for not panicking.

Anyway, thank you very much for sharing this to me. Keep writing essays, okay?

See you!
