I have a two regular weekly meeting in my department.

the team meeting where fifteen persons participate is held on every Thursday.

Another small project meeting is held on every Wednesday, 5~6 persons paricipate at there.

At first(about 3 years ago), there is only one regular weekly meeting in our department.

At there, middle project managers explained their project status to all team members and we exchange informations which happens during proceding each person\'s task. and At the end of the meeing, our team manager informs informations about othere department, company general, some mentions from Boss and so on to us.

but there was 4~5 middle project managers and each project manage occupied their time to explain.

it took very long time. so we always ended up exceeding max of meeting time.
>> It take time so we always exceed from the maximum meeting time.
this part occupy 70% of total meeting time.(project status)
>> All in all, it will take 70% of the meeting time.
So, we separate team meeting to two meeting. so small project team meeting was created. detailed prj info. is exchanged at here.
>> So we have to divide the meeting into two groups and that is when the small project team meeting was created.
