I agree that making bread is an art. I think the most important factor that decides whether it is art or not is the creativity. In that, a person who makes the bread can boast his or her creativity. He or she can decide the ingredient and shape of the bread. For example, there are many popular bake shops that have their own récipes for the bread and obtain a patent for it. Also, in korea, there is a trend like vegan bread which doesn\'t use any butter or egg just like other arts. Therefore, I think making bread should be regarded as one particular kind of art.
