The advantages I\'ve gotten experienced are whatever feels free to. Also, I can hang out all night. But on an opposite disadvantage, I have to get a responsibility. The way how to act, say and all about it. For example, If I quit a company now, I have to take a responsibility by myself, no one can do it.
