Beef

I like to eat beef because it is really delicious. I eat beef at every weekends. If i eat too much of beef you can get fat. Beef contains a lots of fat. My mum doesn't like to eat beef because she says it is really disgusting. If I eat too much beef I get a really stink gas. My sister doesn't like to eat pork because it is really hard to chew and it has lots of fat then the beef. Do you like to eat beef, Teacher Mayleen?

Hi MIN!:) Happy Tuesday!   Beef is my favorite meat. I\'ll eat any dish of beef as long as it\'s cooked. Too much of anything is bad; too much food, too much meat, too much cholesterol. If you\'ll eat beef, you\'ll have to control yourself as well. Meats are mainly protein so our bodies can\'t digest it easily. Everytime you eat meat, make sure to add vegetables or eat fruits afterwards.   Thank you for this composition. I\'ll be sseing you in class.   ~T.
