I think being strict is good for working. Wariness is creating when a boss is strict. It is necessary to work. Subordinates become lazy, If a boss has only warm heart. Actually, I read the book titled " Bad Boss" In the book, Bad boss means the person who has good ability in working and who is strict. If not, organization might be collapsed. Like strong wind makes tree harder, Like cold weather makes flower bloom, Bad boss is necessary for you to grow up. I think so but my boss is seems like that. so I always carefully talk to him. When I should make a report, I check it one more time because of him. Sometimes he is annoying to our coworker including me, Not because of his hot temper, not becase of complexity of his tasks because of our imperfect report. So I understand the "Bad boss" Of course being strict is helpful for organization.
