I\'ve tried Aikido for a short time 10 years ago. I think it\'s excellent because after doing the warm-up exercise, I was already sweating. Try Jujitsu. I think you\'ll like it.(\",)

There are so many things to learn nowadays.

 Jujitsu might be really helpful to strengthen my health and protect myself just in the case of emergency.

 From what I heard, Jujitsu is an only martial art for a girl to defend herself in her own.

 Recently many sexual crimes from unknown person has occurred time to time, and it\'s quite scary if you think it can happen to anybody including myself.

 I have a tazor in my pocket always, but I believe it\'s not going to be helpful if I\'m not ready with it in hand or I can delay some minutes to bring the tazor from my bag or pocket by fighting physically or defending myself in case that the criminal captures me tightly or doesn\'t let me freely move.
