Businesses should hire employees for their entire lives. Do you agree or disagree?

I disagree that businesses should hire employees for their entire lives. Most important reason is health. Even if elder people have a great know-how, their body it too weak to do hard work. They also not skilled in using smart devices. Business must have follow and react the trend. However elder person can react faster than young person. Also, If business hire employees for their entire lives, unemployment rate will dramatically increase. Young people can't get a job. These are the reason that I disagree with this opinion.
