Give some situations where it\'s difficult to communicate over the phone.
I wrote received homework as below.
In my cases, I have difficulties to understand caller\'s name particulary spellings, if I have idea english name what I heard before it\'s easy to understand but
sometimes I cannot understand name precisely either spellings.
So I need to ask again and again and sometimes asking like \"please speak your name slowly\" to caller, the reason why I\'m asking user\'s name clearly because I cannot access user\'s laptop without user\'s information.
