Yes, I think AI can be creative like humans. But learning process is necessary. If we want to let AI something creative, we have to teach AI what is creative and give a lot of examples containing human\'s creativity. For example, we can compose music with AI without any plagiarism. That means AI can create something new. Additionally I read an article which said AI even can write paper itself and this paper published at Q2 journal. This prove that AI can research something and I think it is the most creative.
