Well, I do not think that I can judge someone when I see how they dress. But how people dress according to a situation reveals their personality. For example, if people wear casual clothes in the business meeting, he or she might be not really formal.
As you can take a guess, we can judge people with other feature such as accessories, gesture, facial expression and so on. Because people show how they are unconsciously during meeting with other people.
When parents are not confident to persuade kids, they can easily notify the low level of confidence. When a very generous and considerate lady has a blind date with someone who are not attractive, a men can sense something to bad.
We can not hide every emotional point and personality. It reveals every single time.
