Can you describe a time when your work was criticized?

While I was reading your composition, I felt annoyed about the two situations.

The first one was terrible. Maybe he just wants to avoid some responsibilities at work.

I also had that experience before. We can talk more about this in class.

There was a case that one of our employees said to me to meet a customer outside of the office and did not show up in the office on that day.

However, my boss accidently found him spending time with his family at the resort.

The other case happened that one of my employees who was selling service parts to our dealers installed an ornament on his vehicle.

My boss noticed it and asked me to check whether he bought it from our company through the company’s policy or stole it from company’s stock.

Right after hearing his question, I rebutted saying it couldn’t be.

However, my boss said that “you should look into such cases with having a skepticism in mind about our employees could not be honest.”

I had some arguments with him that as a manager we should trust them.
