At first, I thought you were referring to hanky/handkerchief but then you mentioned smartphone so I figured that \'handy\' means \'handphone\' :)

In my case, I always bring my smartphone, wallet, and umbrella with me.

I can use my umbrella when it\'s raining and also when it is sunny.

When I pay for something, I normally use check card instead of cash.

It is simple to carry and I can easily touch to card readers, as it can be used as transportation card at the same time.
