Can you understand the desire to live a simpler life?

I can relate to those who try to live using less technology. They probably get sick and tired of catching up with the rapidly changing trends of technology. Maybe they might think what good it is for them to follow through all technology trends, As more and more technologies are being developed day after day, I often feel exhausted having many things to learn although I’ve already had enough things to do. Whenever I get a lot of stress from work, I wish I could get away from it all, lying low with my smartphone off. I can empathize with those who live with less technology in their lives.
