What do you think are the advantages and disadvantages of taking classes during the summer? I think there are more disadvantages than advantages because it is not helpful to take a classes during the summer. According to prevous education system about 500 years ago, ancestors did not give a lecture but hung out with their students on the beach or moutain. And the teachers said "Taking a rest is important to study". These days, the present teachers said "If there is no the summer vacation, we are going to die". They added more "It is a necessary to take a break not only for us but also students". Through the free time, students would figure out what they do for their lifes by themselves. Taking a class during the summer probably has own advantages. However it is not efficient for students to study. They will not concentrate their class because they are tired of studying long time. Therefore, taking classes during the summer should be prohibited.

I certainly agree with you, only if the students are smart but for the students who did not do well on the past school days, they should take a summer class.In my country, if you failed to pass your subject, you should take a summer class to be able to move on to the next level.
