Children who start reading in life, perform better later in their school studies. How important are

I have heard that children who start reading early perform better in their school rather than the others. That is one of my experiences which I have when I was a student. My mother taught me to read books, newspapers and all materials that I can read whenever I am free. Eventually I became specialized in rapid reading such as phrases at exam and interested in literature, languages and something like that I could bring my A game. And I could understand so long phrases rather than others that I got outstanding credits from the subject which is related in reading & writing. I also have been thinking that studying mathematics early effect to students who will be studying the university entering exam. Most of the students tend to consider a good score of mathematics because the mathematics is important factor to decide the major and even university in Korea. Of course, speaking English fluently is also one of factors which you have to consider to live better and experience the various scope.
