Choose between : a fit body and a fit mind. Why?

If I have to choose one between the two options, I would like to pick up the latter one. A fit mind. Generally speaking, having a fit mind would be a very difficult task compared to make one's body more healthier to many people. Because sound mind is often attributed to one's greatness of his or her will. ( Of coures, to make a good body is also correlated to one's great effort and will. However, sound mind requires one to take much efforts and time not only physically but also mentally. Based on these reasons, I have got sneak feeling that many people suffers from many kinds of psychological ill such as depression in this affluent society materially at least unlike the past. In short, it would be nice if everyone has sound body and mind, i would like to choice latter one regarding the importance of body and mind.
