Yes, I agree with this statement. I think self-confidence is based on appearances. One day, I watched a tv program that appeared special women who always wore styles of a tiger skin. She said these kinds of clothes give me energy. Also, according to some studies, some groups wore prisoner's clothes and others wore police officer's clothes. So scientists observed them. Surprisingly, clothes reflect their behave. So in my opinion, if i am depressed, i have to wear bright snd pretty clothes to be happy.
