Coffee has become an ubiquitous drink. Everywhere, everyday many people drink a cup or two cups of coffee. Some people enjoy the smell and flavor. Some drink it to relieve stress or fatigue. Others get some energy and more alertness. Recently some researchers have found that coffee helps to prevent some diseases including some cancers. That\'s why more and more people drink more coffee than before. But coffee has a few side effects because of caffeine. Caffeine sometimes causes anxiety, short breathing, or insomnia. Those who are sensitive to caffeine like me get negative effects on physical and mental health. I am so sorry I can\'t enjoy tasty coffee.
