Yes, I have once seen a guy who was forced to retire from our company. It was long ago. He was my superior. Since he was a good guy, everyone liked him. But his boss didn't like him because he just expressed his complaint without any hesitation. Someday, hr department asked him to meet. and a few months later, he moved to other company which is one of our subcontractor. As I saw him leave , I felt bad coz I might be retired like him someday. In korea, we expect to retire in our 40's. There was an economic crisis called IMF. Before that the workers in korea were assured of regular retirement. But during an economic crisis, lots of workers were retired. And it has affected so far. So I think i will retire in my 40's
