Company life

I work closely with many different people who have diffrent personalities and are from diffrent locations. Though we are all dirrerent , we try to get along with each other by having a conversation. The closer I am with my coworker , the easier I can work. So I try to get close with my coworkers by giving them a joke or having a dinner with them. I don't like someone who shows off himself. But there is always a guy who does that. When I meet him , I avoid talking with him coz I don't wanna get stressed. and there is an another guy whom I hate. Who doesn't want to share his knowledge in work place. When I ask something , It seems he doesn't want to tell me what he knows. I think he is afraid that I will surpass his ability.
