Dear [Name]. [Name], Good afternoon! We have a big problem the debit note of 200726456. This debit note was issued as 97,200pcs although SBTS requested scrapping of 9,720pcs last July. I checked the this issue with QC and LOG team. Mr. [Name] of QC team said that it is one of human error and 9,720pcs is right. But it already returned 97,200pcs in out system. so I cannot cancel the debit note. Actually this 97,200pcs is not pysical delivery to SBTS. They've requested pysical return first after that they changed the mind to scrapping after we already return in our system. because of cost. In a word, 9,720pcs is right and debit note amount should be 1,470.63Euro. How to resolve this problem? Can I request the debit note of 14,706.36Euro ( 87,480pcs) to SBTS ?
