Dear [Name]. [Name], Good morning! I understand what you suggest but the small amount of debit notes are all of physicalreturn delivery. We need invoice for customs clearance to overseas when we return the materials that our vendor requested it for analysis. Unfortunetely, we can't not issue the invoice manually and we have to issue the invoice as QM notification in SAP. That's why the amount of debit note is to small. Of couse we will not issue the debit note below 1000.00Euro if that is related quality issues and additional cost under IC rule. Please understand this matter. Thank you!
