Do you agree or disagree with the following statement? It is better to be a member of a group than to be the leader of a group. Support your answer. I think it depends on the individual and the situation. Some people like to be a member, some want to be a leader. Someone can be a member and a leader at the same time. For example, I was chief resident at my university hospital, and I was also a member of surgery department. It's the same in the Army. However, if I can choose one of them, I'd rather be a leader of a group. The leader may feel pressure if there are some problems, but he can have the honor when his group achieves a great work. I like this old saying, 'Better be the head of a snake than the tail of a dragon'.

I like that saying you shared at the end of your homework. Being a leader sure is very challenging. Making decisions for other person is never an easy task.
