Yesterday, I met my best friend Yerin at the COEX. It was been a long time since we met last time. I was too busy to meet any of my friends last year because it was my first year of lawschool. Yerin was worrying about her job. She has wanted be a high school math teacher for a long time. She worked at some public and private schools as a part time math teacher. She said "It's hard to visit every school I applied for and wait for their permission endlessly." We had a good dinner at the Japanese restaurant. As always, we went to Starbucks and ordered two cups of Vanilla Cappuccino and a very sweet chocolate mousse. And today, I got a text message from her. She said she passed the exam and is going to be a math teacher from March. I was glad to hear that from her.

You can’t say “the Japanese restaurant” since you haven’t mentioned this subject before.
