For the Adobo, I saw the picture on the internet, and I think, there are many kind of Adobo by choosing main ingredient. If you ask me what kind of Adobo I prefer, I will choose Pork Adobo. It seems like a Koran food 'Gal Bi stew', and I am sure that the taste will be the same with ours. I am very glad to know about Philippine culture from you. I hope I can learn more about your culture during our classes. See you soon.
