Dear my Teacher Paula, Good morning! I have a good news to tell you. I finally found a good house and finished making a contract with a new landlord last Saturday. Third, the distance between my house and my workplace has to be close. Forth, a new house's landlord must not put up mortgage on him or her house. Finally, a price of house has to be reasonable. The house that I decided to rent satisfies all conditions above. However, before I pay the balance, I need to apply for my retirement pay prematurely. Today, I am going to ask my boss to pay it to me. Maybe, he will also need some time to prepare for the money, because the amount is not small. By the way, I went to IKEA to look into prices of furniture yesterday. I really want to buy a bed, but the price of bed is very expensive there. My boyfriend encouraged to me to buy an eco-friendly wooden bed, but the price almost reached USD 2000~3000. Apart from that, there are a lot of goods that I have wanted to buy.
