Good morning, Teacher! Here in Korea, the temperature is back to normal but the former cold gave me a terrible cold. Because of my stuffed-up nose, I couldn't sleep well last night. I work out regularly and take vitamin and red-ginseng everyday but apparently, they don't work on me. It's pretty painful to breathe. Since I already have a cold, I don't have any ways to recover that for now. I just have to endure 7 days with enough rest. Compared to me, you seem to be strong physically and mentally. Both of us live alone so we have to take care of ourselves well. Don't forget to drink lukewarm water to recover from your cough. See you! ^^ *Essay Some people think that school cafeterias should be required to provide low-fat and/or vegetarian lunch options to accommodate the eating habits of all students. Do you agree or disagree? I agree with this opinion. Here in Korea, our eating habits are becoming more westernized. We preferred to eat vegetables and pure foods before but these days, many people like eating fatty foods such as pizza, hamburger and chicken. I guess there are two reasons why people start to prefer western foods. First, western foods are fast and convenience to eat. For modern people, it is a kind of food revolution because eating western foods can save their time from spending longer time to have a Korean traditional food. Second, tastes are heavenly and strong. As long as we are tamed this tastes, it is hard for us to refuse to have them. To avoid to be exposed to them, it is important not to approach them from an early age. Therefore, providing low-fat and vegetarian lunch options in our school cafeterias is a very good precaution for our young generation.
