I really want to follow the saying but I seem to be unable to do that in reality. There are many conditions to live only for today. First, we need enough time to enjoy our lives. However, as we know, we are stuck at workplace or school all day and even someone can't have time to rest. Second, we don't have plenty of money to spend to the fullest. Who will pay for us for free? What will happen in the future if we don't try to make money? It is easy to estimate what will happen. If welfare system here is perfect and we don't need to be worried about our future lives, I probably can live only for today and ruin tomorrow. I hope I will have been living like that someday. ^^
