I received the QM notification from Mr. [Name] woon ho at 11th July Those meterials already return to BFH at 14th July and GR minus 3PC. I couln't issue the debit note as seen below. The warning message says "The task " denit vendor w. Return Delivery" is missing in the notification". So I requested to Mr. [Name] that give me task about "Denit vendor w. Return Delivery". He gave me an answer that their process is clear and he don't know how to solve it. So would you please give me a solution?? I'm looking forward for your reply. Thank you for your help.
