Good morning, teacher! A joyful Wednesday to you! While reviewing the recording of our class yesterday, I have a question to ask you. Which one is correct? It is the most scary situation to happen to us. It is the scariest situation to happen to us. It makes me confused. ^^;; By the way, we talked about smoking culture and I am going to explain more about it. Smoking is banned in all restaurants and coffee shops here in Korea. They can make a smoking room separately, but tables and chairs are not allowed to be set in that room. It means that people can't smoke and eat something at the same time. I really welcome the policy, but I think smokers also need some facilities to smoke. Smokers also have the right to smoke, which should be guaranteed. Now, we are in a transition period so there are arguments that we can't avoid without good policies for the two sides. One case that becomes an abject of public concern is that people smoke in their apartments, like a bathroom or a veranda. In this situation, neighbors living upstairs are exposed to the cigarette smoke because of the connected ventilation system. I also sometimes encounter this kind of situation and I feel really unpleasant. Well, it is a sensitive issue so it will take longer time to fulfill every one. That is all for today and let’s talk about ‘drinking alcohol’. See you soon! ^^**
