Dear [Name]. [Name], I have some questions about QM notification. I received the QM notification from Mr. [Name] il for Return delivery. But this case is local vendor "Kohsan". As you know , local vendor's tax invoice is issued once a month before month end closing. If material is return, the tax invoice is issued except returned material amount and quantity. So then, can I issue the debit note each Return Delivery for Kohsan? Otherwise,how to proceed next step for Return Delivery for Kohsan? Can I just complete? I'm looking forward for your reply.
