Dear [Name]. [Name], I have some questions about 85300052 of debit note. I already canceled the 85300052. But we couldn't send the material of 85300052 to Hambach. Because the TNT requries the invoice not debit note. I requested throw away the material to Mr. [Name] because we do not received the matreial's cost. Mr. [Name] of Quality team said that they want documentation for cancel the this case . And also said that Hambach requested return delivery the metarial to Hambach. And they want analyze their metarial because they can't accept about rising quality index.
