Dear [Name]. [Name], We have some questions about english version of debit note. TNT wants English version invoice because TNT said that when they progress clearance, they must put in data in English not accept other language in system. So they said that if we can't change other language to English they wants English version invoice with other language version invoice. So TNT other language version invoice use with material and send the vendor, English version invoice will use only progress clearance. So can I make english version invoice by excell? I will use other language version invoice with vendor and I will store other language version invoice. I will not store English version invoice in our system. Can I do that??
