Dear [Name], Good morning! I have some questions about balance of 19000250. We put in SAP all of Intercompany invoic in 31.Oct.2011. But there are RNV balance 393,935KRW not Zero. I checked the PO # history. GR was done in 7,and 11.Oct.2011 . GR cancelled it in 11.Oct.2011. IR was done in 12.Oct. 2011 as seen below. you can find the balance of 5005855608 and 5005836007. we try to terminated the balance by many ways with Ms. [Name]. But we couln't solved it. Would you please give me a solution how to make a zero . The PO# is 5900000941 and vendor# is 21002552 (BG). Thank you for your help.
