I think a physical attraction or a sexual attraction is a large part of falling in love.

 As a case in point, I felt an immediate attraction for my current friend with benefits because her eyes are so gorgeous.

However, she was disappointed with my attitude, and so she asked me if she got homely, I will not like her anymore. Thus, I need to be more earnest in controlling my intensity of feelings. In other words, I guess I should be street smart in love.
