Dear [Name]. [Name], Good afternoon! I have some questions about procedure of QM notification. I faced with variety situations when I progress charge back to Suppliers with QM notification. This case is charge back to DHC. QU requested the feedback to DHC about claim, but QU didn't received the any feedabck from DHC. And QU requeted the repayment in Nov using QM notification. So, I issued the debit note, and I sent the debit note to DHC with some warning message. The warning says If you didn't reply, we will pay this month without this amount. Suddenly, DHC sent e-mail to QU about this matter and they have time to discuss. After consultation, QU requested cancel the repayment to Finance. Mr. [Name] from QU sent me the scrinshot of Mr. [Name] 's signiture as seen below.
