Yes, definitely. As I do, parents should give their children chores or tasks to do at home when they reach a certain age. A child should clean his/her room, straighten school supplies, arrange his/her closet and draws, wash his/her shoes, etc. In addition, he/she must help his/her parents by doing dishes, running errand, etc. I do not see why children shouldn’t do such things. He/she is a member of family. Whether children should be given tasks or chores is not a disputable or arguable point. The matter is how much and to what extent we should push our children to do their jobs. From the early age, we should educate children to do his/her jobs so that they can grow up to be a responsible and independent adolescent. However, there should be clear rules set by parents in defining his/her tasks. Directing children to do this and that spontaneously without prior discussion and consensus with your children could cause their resistance and even defiance.

Hi there again Sir [이름]^^ What a wonderful composition! Great job! You were able to share your ideas well and I was surprised because you used new words to express it. I had an awesome time reading your essay. It is true that teaching chidlren at an early age to do their tasks will help them to be mature and responsible person in the future. Can you tell me about the tasks that you give your daughter at home? We can talk about it in class. See you! Teacher Nina Yes, definitely. >> Correct!
