Composition: the most influential person

I cannot pinpoint one person who influenced me the most. Actually I did not have such a person. But when I grew up, my mother lived alone, separated from her family, in a big city to make money to support her family. In my home town located in a rural area, all the people engaged in farming and they lived from hand to mouth due to their low incomes. She came home once or twice a year. I missed her so much. Even though I was a kid, I was aware how hard she was working and scarifying her life for us. So thinking of her, I studied hard not to disappoint her. Although she did not influence me directly or spiritually in forming my personality or developing my vision, she was the reason for my being, why I should study hard, for living right and for being a good kid. I wanted to be a successful person because of her and to make her proud of her son. In that sense, I can say she was the most influenced person in my life.
