My principle is that when face the conflict, must communicate more.
When I worked as a loan department manager, I had a conflict with my branch head about loan issuing. The branch manager wanted more loans for a certain company and I opposed that for the risk. We had a very intensive debate, and he even expressed his anger.

But finally we reached the conclusion in the middle. I think Conflict cannot be avoidable. But have to manage it.
And then that weekend, I played golf with the branch head, to avoid in any misunderstanding caused by the argument we had.
