yesterday , I had my company athietic competition. We palyed tug-of-war, dodge ball and footvalleyball. I think I hadn't played it since I was high school student. I didn't have enough time to play ball game in the past. Afther playing for three and a half hours, I was so exhausted. As expected , I felt hard after getting a lot of exercise. Because It was hot and tiresome. There are lots of men more than women in my company. So when Having athietic competition It is disadvantageous. From now on, no matter how busy I am, I'll make time for a workout.
