I think the main thing that makes me to like a certain song is the melody. What makes me to keep have a motivation to listen to a specific song again and again is addictive and attractive melody. However, I think having only a good melody has a limit for me to get attached to songs. To be more attached to the song it also has to have a good lyrics which includes relatable story or well organized structure.
Music that I hear daily changes periodically because I can\'t be attached to the songs that I had added on my playlist for their good melody. Songs that maintain in my playlist are the ones that have not only good melody but also lyrics which I can sympathize with.
Therefore, I think melody is the first factor that I consider when I start to like a specific song.
