This is a part answer,1:Since early years, I studied art and want to into art institute, but failed. I don’t think another, so I started work at department store. After some time, I felt a sense. So I was start combined study with job. I had many difficult, but finally I could into university.Thanks to overcome difficulties, I’m being here. I could learn many things through difficulties. My philosophy is ‘See my life as a series of challenges’ and I think challenge is a part of life and starting point to success. I will be a person who is always try to challenge, learn and improve.2:Because I was promoted as a supervisor the shortest time, I felt hard in a lot of part. Especially, on education in head office. But I promise myself do best, and that time was very worth to me.After that time, I was come back to store. But we had to renovation to expand. But before reopen, don’t finish.Eventually we voluntarily worked over time support each other till morning the day.
