Topic : Should goverments spend more money on improving roads and highways or improving public transportatipn such as buses, trains, subways?
Depending on the industrial state of country, each of improving is able to maximize the effect. if it is a developing country, it may as well build the roads and highways. Because well made highways are necessary to industrial society. As it decreases the cost of transport, the price of the production would be cheaper. On the other hand, most of developed country already had enough infrastructure about roads or highways and got out of industrial society. For those country, the knowledge or idea which is generated by human is the primary competitiveness. So that they had better build public transportation to make the citizen convinient.
