I really appreciate that you instructed me how to cook Japchae.^.^

Anyhow, it is much better if you follow the pattern VERB + Object in giving instructions.

For example: Cut the vegetables well.

This sentence has our imaginary subject YOU.

The complete sentence would be: YOU cut the vegetables well.

But we eliminated it so you have to start the sentence with a base form of a verb.

If you find this explanation confusing, I will tell you more in class!^,^
