Well done! We\'re lucky because of air conditioner. Some reminders:

1. Subject-Verb Agreement

Subjects and verbs must AGREE with one another in number (singular or plural).  Thus, if a subject is singular, its verb must also be singular; if a subject is plural, its verb must also be plural.

In the present tense, nouns and verbs form plurals in opposite ways: nouns ADD an s to the singular form; verbs REMOVE the s from the singular form.

example: I like spring because spring brings many flowers.

2. Sentences written in the passive voice always contain a transitive verb. Transitive verbs are action verbs that require a direct object.

example: The air conditioner was fixed by my co-worker. (\'Work\' is an intransitive verb. Intransitive verbs don\'t require a direct object.)
