Obeying the rules is important whether the rule is right or not. Typically, there are appropriate reasons in making the rules. For example, in the university, there is grading policy. If many of the professors are not obey the rules, many problems will be occured like complaints of students and falling confidence of the school so on. That is if violating the rules is repeated, confusions and inconveniences will be arised. Since in numerous case, rules are formulated to protect and teach every group member. Even, the rules are not righteous, we need to follow them. Of course, wrong rules should be modified. But that procedure is also processed within the rules. If violating the \'wrong\' rules is permitted, much more people are likely to abuse it. some people who violate the rules might say \'the problem is the rule, not me\' even in the situation the rule is not that wrong. Therefore, the right to criticize the rules only should be permitted to people who don\'t break the rules.
