Customer service should keep evolving
학생이 쓴 원문
Customer expectations are only going to increase. Even if we provide good service that satisfies our customer today, the customer won’t be satisfied tomorrow with the same service. The law of diminishing marginal utility applies here. Unless your service keeps evolving, today’s satisfied customer will turn into a dissatisfied customer. So the more important thing is to build a strong bond with a customer and maintain intimate relationships with a customer. We cannot satisfy the customer with only material things. For instance, a fancy customer lounge, good quality free coffee and snacks can satisfy a customer who visits for the first time, but it won’t last long. In addition, you should differentiate your service from others. The same service won't make your customers delighted. You should have your own and unique strengths compared to other rivals. Be proactive in listening to and figuring out customer's needs rather than just wait to be approached by customers.

Perfect composition once again Sir [이름]. ^^
I agree with the things you mentioned below especially the phrase, \"the customer won’t be satisfied tomorrow with the same service. \"
We have to find different ways on how to make them happy and satisfied every time they visit us.
Companies should find other ways on how to make their customers feel great and provide good service.
Thank you so much for your time.
See you in class.
