There is an event for international student every Friday called Friday Lounge. I didn't know about this even though I've been here more than one half year. My friend gave that information to me and he said he is a staff. Last Friday I was little bit afraid to go alone that place because I have to speak English and I know only him on that meeting. So, I asked my lab mate to come along. We went the place with tension. We found our guy and we sat down his table. There were one boy and girl on the table. The girl was from Poland and she was good at speaking English really. My friend and I were frozen with tension at first. But we could enjoy that atmosphere soon. Next time we will be a friend and we will overcome our fear about English.
