Children who has pneumonia. All of them actually have pneumonia. They were have high grade fever. They will experience seizure. It's very hard actually to deal with children. I made a sentence -> I am very hard to deal with my boyfriend. Is this I understanded "hard to deal with" what it is mean? At first I didn't know I can call it e-mail. (But now I knew.
